Multipurpose enterprise "COMPLEX 1" was established in 1991 by teachers and research workers of Road Department of Rostov Engineering And Building Institute. During long time they have been dealing with working out and application of IT in different transport branches. The initiator of enterprise foundation and its permanent president became Candidate of Technical Sciences Robert Vladimirovich Lee. We began with software engineering for industrial and transport enterprises, dealt with optimization of working process of large plants of military-industrial complex, ports, quarries, fields. Since 1992 we began to computerize road-transport industry of North-Caucasian Region. At the same time, Robert Lee was a director of one of the branches of Russian-British company "Marine Computer Systems", the founder of which was a largest English company ICL. Later "Complex 1" developed second hand and other products of mass consumption sales from abroad. Under trying conditions of hyper inflation and non-payment at the beginning of 90-s the Committee of Directors decided to develop a commercial trend. We established relations with businessmen from Korea, England, Turkey, Poland, Sweden, China and other countries. At that time the company searched for suitable goods for Russian market and established trading network for realization of the goods supplied. One of the main company activities is realization of high-technology equipment and materials, necessary for economical, ecologically pure, safe and inexpensive heating and water-supply systems. Less than 10 years we needed to become one of the leaders of advance technologies of the 21-st century systems in the South of Russia. Other activity of our company is new technologies in road repairs and maintenance. European countries experience has been studied in this sphere that is of Germany, Spain, France and Korea as well. In 1996 our company bought up-date foreign road-marking car on the base of a truck. We began to work with horizontal marking of roads in Rostov region. At present, company has six big marking trucks for paint and two cars for marking with thermoplastic and spray plastic. Our third activity is production of stainless steel tanks, of build-up design on bolting. They are produced due to South Korea license. Thanks to multitude advantages, they worked up the market as high hygienic, durable, suitable in assembling, service and transportation. Besides aforesaid equipment, the company has two warehouses the square of which is more than 40 000m², office in the center of Rostov, modern sales pavilion.
